We had an awesome home-buying experience in large part due to Portia Gray! In short, she is always available, even handled a minor crisis for us while on vacation in Mexico, she has a strong network of contractors to help with whatever is needed, and she is very hard-working, she's not an agent who just lists houses. If you're buying, she's meeting you any time at any house; if you're listing, she's working open houses day and night, she doesn't stop! Portia was a fantastic relator to work with. She is very passionate about helping her clients find the perfect home, and no quirky "must-have" requirements for the perfect house are too much. Nearly every house tour we went on, my husband and I had to bring our two kids 10 & 6, and Portia was a dream relator and was always patient and helped entertain our lil'monkeys so my husband and I could focus on the details of the home.
